Event & Marketing Manager – Joplin & Springfield REIA Network
Location: Joplin and Springfield, MO (Hybrid – On-site for events, remote for marketing tasks)
About the Role
Join the REIA Network to drive explosive growth for our Joplin and Springfield chapters. You’ll market high-impact events like the monthly meetups, Property Management & Real Estate Investing Summit, manage meetups, and scale our community of investors, business owners, and dream-builders. With access to elite training from Grant Cardone’s Cardone University and Brian Rand’s Sales Event Agency (valued at over $40K/year), you’ll grow professionally while turning bricks and mortar into thriving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing & Promotion:
Craft and execute vibrant marketing campaigns for REIA events, including monthly meetups, inner circle events, and many other events.
Create daily 7 AM social media posts (e.g., X, Facebook) to engage our audience with trending topics, aligning with Chris’s bold, caffeinated brand.
Drive attendance to 100+ members in Joplin and 200+ in Springfield through targeted ads, email campaigns, and local partnerships
Event Setup & Management:
Plan and manage logistics for Joplin and Springfield REIA meetups (e.g., 8 AM morning sessions, BRRR strategy demos, property tours).
Coordinate venues, speakers, and materials for inner circle events
Oversee event schedules, RSVPs, and attendee engagement, creating a community-focused experience that screams opportunity.
Scaling the REIA Network:
Work closely with Chris and business owners to grow the REIA Network into the dominant real estate meetup space in Joplin and Springfield.
Implement strategies to boost membership (e.g., free first-timer entry, “Real Estate Shark Tank” sessions) and revenue.
Collaborate with the team (e.g., Krista, Katelyn, Dessarae) to align marketing and events with Chris’s real estate, insurance, and Precision Coffee goals.
Professional Growth:
Leverage elite coaching from Cardone University ($40K+/year value) to master sales, marketing, and leadership skills.
Work with Brian Rand’s Sales Event Agency to learn event-driven revenue strategies, ensuring blockbuster events like the Downstream Casino meetup.

Qualifications
Experience: Would like 2+ years in event planning, marketing, or community management; real estate or sales experience a plus but not required.
Skills:
Bold, engaging communicator with a knack for social media (X, Facebook, email campaigns).
Organized multitasker who thrives under pressure, managing multiple inboxes and event logistics.
Creative problem-solver with a passion for building communities and driving growth.
Mindset: Hustle-driven, opportunity-focused, and ready to turn vision into reality.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Superhuman for email management, PropStream for real estate data, and Canva for marketing graphics.
Availability: Able to work ~15-40 hours/week, including on-site event days in Joplin/Springfield and remote marketing tasks.
