Position: Facility Solutions Manager
Location: Springfield, MO (Greater Southwest Missouri)
Type: Full-Time
Objective:
The Facility Solutions Manager oversees business operations for an assigned client service area. Responsibilities include field support, training, inspections, troubleshooting, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and contractors. Additional duties involve negotiating contracts, procuring supplies, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Recognize customer challenges and recommend additional solutions that align with their needs.
- Support business growth by generating leads, referrals, and opportunities for additional services.
- Partner with sales leadership to convert identified opportunities into new or expanded business.
- Maintain a sales-minded approach while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and execute tailored service strategies and schedules.
- Negotiate agreements for additional services and manage pricing/logistics.
- Oversee contractor relationships: hiring, compliance, and performance.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Utilize CRM tools for inspections and scheduling.
- Assist with collections and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Reliable transportation required.

- Earning Potential: This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure, with total earnings typically ranging from $70,000 to $100,000+ annually, based on results and growth.
