Position Overview

We are hiring high-performance Sales Closers who can confidently take opportunities from inspection to signed contract.

This is a full-cycle role — you'll run appointments, knock doors, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close deals.

We provide the training, systems, and mentorship — your results are up to you.

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and door knock around leads and storm areas
• Perform roof inspections (training provided)
• Present solutions and educate homeowners on roofing and insurance options
• Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
• Maintain pipeline and follow-ups using CRM
• Consistently hit performance targets (35%+ close rate expectation)
• Collaborate with production to ensure smooth project execution
• Represent Bears Den Consrtruction with professionalism and integrity

Compensation

• 100% commission (uncapped)

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to climb roofs and lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays. No set schedule
• Ability to commute in and around the Springfield area
• Prior sales experience preferred (roofing, D2D, or construction a plus)
• Attend weekly company meetings
