Building a Healthier, More Resilient Workforce in the Age of AI
According to Gallup research, only 24% of employees agree their company cares. Tuesday, September 29, Dr. Anna Thomas, MD., the author of Workplaces that Care, will bring to light why workforce wellbeing matters more than ever with the rising demands and shifting expectations in a rapidly changing technology environment at the 19th Annual Wellness Conference “Wellbeing 2030: Building a Healthier, More Resilient Workforce in the Age of AI”.
Dr. Thomas will provide a practical model for creating a workplace culture that supports both people and performance by combining human-centered leadership practices with innovative technologies. She will share actionable approaches for protecting focus, strengthening resilience, improving decision-making, and building sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing and performance.
Participants will also explore practical ways to use AI as a personal wellbeing tool, helping them protect their time, reduce mental load, and create more capacity for what matters most.
The event is 8:30 a.m. – noon on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the White River Conference Center in Springfield, Missouri.
