SPRINGFIELD, Missouri --TLC Properties announces its 2019 successes and projected growth.
2019 was a year full of growth for TLC Properties and is projected to double in size by year 2025.
TLC Properties, the property management arm of Coryell Collaborative Group, announced that 2019 began with 3,559 apartment units and has seen a 9% increase through the end of the year. By 2021, they expect to increase by an additional 16%, and by 2025, double in size.
Coryell Collaborative Group added BlackRock, Veranda Vistas, Trail’s Bend, Cambium, and Commons Heights to its property management portfolio in 2019 which now includes 28 apartment communities. Three properties completed construction and were sold to an unnamed real estate investment company.
“2019 was a banner year! In terms of our financial projections, we met or surpassed every goal we set,” states Sam M. Coryell, President of Coryell Collaborative Group. “We are enthusiastic for the year ahead, and we know the best is yet to come!”
This year, CCG will begin construction on properties in Springfield, Missouri; Wichita, Kansas; Rogers, Arkansas and two properties in Joplin, Missouri, one of which is a 55+ community. To accommodate its recent and projected growth, CCG plans to move its corporate office from the current location of 16 years to the 900 square foot, newly developed mixed-use facility at Cambium Apartments, 3211 S Weller Ave, Springfield, Missouri.
